Master Bond EP30-2LB is a two component epoxy compound featuring unique optical properties. This system is capable of blocking UV light transmission from 200 to 400 nanometers, however, it transmits well from 450 to 900 nanometer range and above. It is well suited for a variety of bonding, sealing and coating applications. EP30-2LB cures readily at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures. It has a low mixed viscosity and can be conveniently dispensed from a syringe. In fact, it is ideally suited for coating applications. EP30-2LB is optically clear and highly chemically resistant. This NASA low outgassing approved, vacuum compatible epoxy bonds well to many substrates and features a high strength profile. This dimensionally stable system also features low shrinkage and enhanced electrical insulation properties. EP30-2LB is available for purchase in standard packaging as well as gun dispensers.
